Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan has revealed the details of his telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, APA reports citing News.am.
Mirzoyan stated that during the conversation, which took place before the New Year, both sides congratulated each other and exchanged views on regional and global issues.
Speaking about the prospects for diplomatic normalization between the two countries, Mirzoyan expressed his confidence that this process will also affect the regulation of bilateral relations with Azerbaijan: "I believe that dialogue should be continued at the level of both foreign ministers and special representatives."
Note that the phone conversation took place on December 31.
