Baku. Yegana Lachinzade – APA-Economics. Turkey's Petkim petrochemical complex is expecting its profit to rise up to 155 million Turkish liras (approximately 80.2 million manats) in the second quarter of 2016, reads a message from the company on July 27.
Petkim received a profit of 149 million liras in the first quarter of 2016, up 2.3 times compared to the same period of 2015.
Thus, the company may end the first half of 2016 with a profit of 303 million Turkish liras.
Azerbaijan’s State Oil Company (SOCAR) holds 51.39 percent of the shares in Petkim.
