SOCAR 7% cuts gas production

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 530,900 m³ of gas in July 2016, down 12.30% compared to a year earlier, 3.69% from the previous month, said a statement from SOCAR.

In January-July 2016, SOCAR produced 3,693,000,000 m³ of gas, down 7.15% compared to 2015.

SOCAR produced 543,100 m³ of gas in January, 504,400 m³ in February, 547,800 m³ in March, 519,200 m³ in April, 535,600 m³ in May and 535,600 m³ in June.

In July, total gas production across the country made 2,542,900 m³, up 3.03% from the previous year, 2.87% from June.

In January-July total gas production rose 1.94% to 17,480,900 m³.
