Azerbaijan-Türkiye energy cooperation of regional and international importance with joint energy and communication projects such as Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan, Baku-Tbilisi-Arzurum, TANAP, and the South Caucasus Corridor play an important role in ensuring energy security for many years, said the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov during the 3rd Azerbaijan-Türkiye Energy Forum and the first "Nakhchivan-Green Energy Zone" international conference, APA reports.
“We believe that arising new opportunities will ensure the development of our relations on on an ascending line bringing our countries closer to their strategic goals and Azerbaijan-Türkiye energy cooperation will be a symbol of development and security in the future, and Nakhchivan will be a center of green energy,” – Azerbaijani Minister added.
