"According to operational data for January-August, electricity production increased by 154.2 million kWh, amounting to 19245.2 mln kWh," Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan, Parviz Shahbazov wrote on his X (former Twitter) account, APA-Economics reports.
"According to operational data for January-August, electricity production increased by 154.2 million kWh, amounting to 19245.2 mln kWh, exports to 1530.6 million kWh and imports to 169.3 million kWh," Minister noted.
According to him, in January-August, electricity production from Thermal Power Plants amounted to 17714.1 million kWh, and from renewable sources, including hydropower to 1531.1 million kWh.
