The website is available in seven languages. Author of president-az.com is Ilham Abduyev, the author of online encyclopedias about Azerbaijan, as well as Karabakh. The site consists of 40 sections. Sections cover the results of reforms and work done in economy, social security, military build-up, foreign policy, culture, sports, and other areas in Azerbaijan during 10-year activity of President Ilham Aliyev.

The sections contain a collection of more than 300 articles. These articles are laconic and based on the facts and figures, as well as indicators on development dynamics. The website is available in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, Turkish, German, French and Spanish languages. It has been developed on the basis of the latest achievements of Internet technologies. The website has an original style of presentation.

In connection with the launch of president-az.com, President Ilham Abduyev’s message has also been posted on the website. Abduyev speaks about the necessity that made him create this website. He notes that as the country's most highly-rated politician, Ilham Aliyev’s chances are high enough to win the confidence of the people once more during these elections and this fact is doubtless.

Abduyev underlines that along with the Azerbaijani language, the website is available in 6 leading languages. According to him, taking into account the increasing role of the internet as a means of information and promotion in the world, this project can play an important role in informing the world about Azerbaijan’s realities. But the website is far from reporting daily activities of the President. The author mentions that for this there is an official website of the President.
