Ilham Aliyev: "Gabala turns into the international center"

Baku-APA. "Gabala has become a center of international tourism," said President Ilham Aliyev in a meeting with members of society in Gabala, APA reports

The Head of the State noted that along with the creation of ski resort here, industrial capacity of Gabala also has increased: " New businesses, factories, new jobs are opened here. These factories and plants cover many areas. In the face of Gabala we see the successful development of the regions of Azerbaijan. The work carried out here is commendable. I welcome this work. I am sure that Gabala city, Gabala region will develop successfully also in the future. "

The Head of the State stressed that modern hotels and construction of the International Gabala Airport turns the city into an international center. "Now the world has enough information about Gabala. International, political and cultural activities spread fame of Gabala to the all world. Traditional music festival is held here. Recently the next festival has been held here. The world's leading musicians, singers and composers gathered in Gabala. This festival makes a great contribution to the cultural life of Gabala and Azerbaijan, "- said the President.

Ilham Aliyev also focused on the upcoming summit of Turkic-speaking states, which will be held in Gabala. The President noted the importance of the summit in Gabala and stressed that there are opportunities for all kinds of international events in Gabala.
