The delegation includes presidential candidate of the National Council Jamil Hasanl, Council’s chairman Rustam Ibrahimbeyov and head of the Central Executive Administration Eldar Namazov.
APFP deputy chairman Fuad Gahramanli explained to APA the change of the format: “The visit will take place at the invitation of The Royal Institution of Great Britain. As a NGO, it has no relation to the British government. Simply, this organization has announced its final decision regarding the trip.”
