Constitutional Court to consider approval of CEC protocol on results of Azerbaijani presidential elections tomorrow

The issue of approving the final protocol on the results of the elections was considered at the CEC’s meeting yesterday. According to the requirements of Election Code articles #108 and 203, CEC’s final protocol was drawn up and signed by 17 members of the commission.

CEC member from Umid (Hope) Party Akif Gurbanov did not sign the protocol.

It was decided to submit the protocol to the Constitutional Court for approval.
