An amendment was offered to article #10 (bringing the decision of the relevant body of executive power on assembly to organizers of an assembly) of the law "On freedom of assembly” in this regard, the parliament told APA.
According to the amendment, decisions of the relevant executive authorities on assemblies must be brought to organizers of the event in written no later than 3 days prior to the intended date of the event, instead of 3 working days.
The draft law will be put for discussion at parliament’s next plenary session.
