784 will observe with the observing candidate’s appointment, while 12,818 on their own initiative.
202 observers passed accreditation at the CEC. 86 of them will observe on their own initiative. 109 observers are representatives of political parties. One person at the CEC holds a special permission as an observer. 6 observers of the International Institute of Monitoring of Development of Democracy, Parliamentarism and Protection of Electoral Rights under the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly passed accreditation.

M. Panahov said the printing of the bulletins were about to finish, adding that the ballot papers will be distributed to election commissions on December 14 and this process will come to a close on December 17.
