Deputy chairman of the Parliament’s Committee on Law Policy and State Building Rafael Jabrayilov told APA that the related amendments to Criminal Code will be discussed at the committee’s meeting tomorrow.
The proposals include amendment on confiscation of income from business activities and separate article to Criminal Code on restriction of liberty up to two years.
Jabrayilov says that the restriction of liberty was removed from the Criminal Code, that’s why they will be brought to account in other form: “If MPs and officials have business, it causes criminal responsibility.”
