â€œLike the US, Azerbaijan also chooses the way of freedom and this choice will contribute to the development of independence and peace condition of Azerbaijanisâ€, she said.
Ziyafat Asgarov, First Deputy Speaker of MM congratulated the attendees on behalf of the Azerbaijani President and wished them peace and happiness. He stressed development of high-level US-Azerbaijan relations. Asgarov mentioned that Azerbaijan was one of the countries, which joined antiterrorist coalition after the developments occurred on September 11, 2001. He expressed his confidence that the US would make efforts directed to the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the framework of Azerbaijanâ€™s territorial integrity.
