Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. Public Chamber (PC) appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office regarding the rally scheduled for November 2 outside the Azerbaijani Parliament.
Member of the Coordination Council of PC Adalat Yusubov told APA that the organization has today sent a letter of information to the mayor’s office regarding the rally to be held outside the Azerbaijani Parliament. The letter reads that a group of members of Public Chamber will hold a rally on November 2 at 12.00 with the slogan “No restriction on freedom of assembly†protesting the amendments, which will be made to the law “On Freedom of Assemblyâ€.
Yusubov noted that Public Chamber insists on holding the rally and regardless of the position of the mayor’s office the action will be held.
