Baku – APA. President Ilham Aliyev issued an order for social protection of 9 000 000th citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The order said that Azerbaijan became a country with 9 000 000 population with the birth of Ahmadli Ilham Islam on January 15, 2010, APA reports. Baku City Executive Power was ordered to allocate apartment to the family of 9 000 000th citizen of Azerbaijan – parents Ahmadov Islam Ilkin and Ahmadova Aynur Teymur for improvement of their housing condition.
20 000 AZN was allocated to Ahmadli Ilham Islam from the Reserve Fund of the President of Azerbaijan.
The Central bank was ordered to open bank account for Ahmadli Ilham Islam adding dividends every year and securing its inviolability until he reaches 18.
