First Vice Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament: â€œWe should not waste money we haveâ€

Elbrus Seyfullayev â€“ APA. â€œOf course, I also would like that not 10,7%, but 15% of the state budget of Azerbaijan is spent for defense expenses, but it needs to consider that resources allocated from the state budget for Army is not reduced, but increased every year. I consider that next yearâ€™s state budget was elaborated with restraintâ€, said chairman of the defense and national security committee of the Azerbaijani parliament Ziyafat Asgarov, APA reports. He said the government allocated resources to the army, and at the same time this sphere was invested as well. â€œWe have to spend budget resources economically. We donâ€™t know how the â€œswine fluâ€ will damage our budget. Almost the Ukrainian prime minister wears a mask because of flu threat. As well as we donâ€™t know how the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will end: with peace or war. I would like to say that we should not waste money we haveâ€.
