Book “Azerbaijan’s flag on the bank of the East River†presented

Spokesman for Foreign Ministry Elkhan Polukhov said the speech made by Heydar Aliyev 15 years ago and present policy show that Azerbaijan’s foreign policy remains unchanged.
“Azerbaijani Foreign Minister’s speech at the 64th session of the UN General Assembly coincides with the speech made 15 years ago. 15 years ago Heydar Aliyev offered to increase the role of the UN and this issue remains urgent today,†he said.
Representative of the UN office in Baku Fargan Abbaszadeh noted that the book is of great importance. He gave information about Azerbaijan-UN relations and the events held in Azerbaijan.
500 copies of the book have been published.
