Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. 17 years have passed since the founding of Citizen Solidarity Party. It held first congress on September 26, 1992 and Sabir Rustamkhanli was elected the party chairman in that congress, AAP reports.
The party has 78 regional organizations and more than 26 000 members. CSP held four congresses and two conferences in the past period. It participated in three parliament, two municipal and one presidential elections.
The party has 374 representatives in the municipalities and three – in the parliament.
