Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order to grant presidential scholarship to the students passed out university entrance examinations in 2009/2010 academic year. According to APA, 102 students who gained highest points at the examinations and enrolled in the universities of Azerbaijan will be granted with the presidential scholarship.
The Cabinet of Ministers was commissioned to solve issues arose from the order.
