Electoral officials pass training courses

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. Members of electoral district commissions and heads of polling stations started training courses on Wednesday. Press service of the Central Election Commission told APA the training courses were organized according to the order issued by President Ilham Aliyev on approval of National Action Plan on Human Rights Protection in Azerbaijan. The courses will be held until the weekend.

The courses aim to enhance education work among the electoral officials, to increase their professionalism. The participants will hear lectures by the members of the Central Election Commission, local authorities, prosecutors and judges and attend different workshops.

Recently CEC has organized training courses for the chairpersons of the electoral district commissions.
