BAXCP: â€œEvent for popularization of Fetullah Gulen was held in Gulistan Palaceâ€

Baku â€“ APA. On Thursday, the guests gathered in Gulistan Palace for the event dedicated to the memory of Heydar Aliyev, saw the popularization of leader of nurchu sect Fetullah Gulen. Press service of the All Azerbaijan Peopleâ€™s Front Party (BAXCP) said the guests received invitations signed by chairman of the Azerbaijan National Committee of Dialogue Eurasian Platform MP Nizami Jafarov with a note informing them that the â€œsolemn programâ€ was dedicated to the memory of Heydar Aliyev. However the number of well-known people, joined the event to remember Heydar Aliyevâ€™s memory, faced with completely different view there. The participants of the program â€œIslamic Culture and Dialogue in the Present-Day Worldâ€ organized on the occasion of Dialogue Eurasian Platform dedicated to the Heydar Aliyevâ€™s memory and 10th anniversary of publication of â€œDialogue Eurasiaâ€ magazine in Azerbaijan, were familiarized with the Dialogue Eurasia edition containing articles and photos popularizing Fetullah Gulenâ€™s ideas. The participants expressed protest that they received misleading information about the essence of the program. BAXCP chairman MP Gudrat Hasanguliyev and MP Javanshir Pashazadeh left the event. BAXCP press service said it was unacceptable to invite the people to the events not giving them correct information or misleading them and expressed protest against the organizers of the â€œsolemn programâ€.
