APA reports that the parliamentarian out forth the offer while addressing the parliament. The parliamentarian said it was inexpedient to spend AZN 14-15 million to celebrate “Flowers festivityâ€.
She said it would be better to build a park “10 Mayâ€, where people could have a rest.
