Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. Milli Mejlis holds the regular meeting of its spring session on Tuesday to discuss the current issues, APA reports. MP Igbal Agazadeh said some budget organizations didn’t pay salaries to the employees for several months and those, who demanded payment, were threatened to be removed from the office.

Speaker Ogtay Asadov said the budget organizations couldn’t have such problem.

MP Gudret Hasanguliyev criticized the private lyceums in Azerbaijan and urged to nationalize it. “The private lyceums are selecting the talented children and then saying that only their graduates enroll the higher schools. The current education law doesn’t consider test examinations in the secondary schools”.

MP Panah Huseyn said he submitted draft law to the parliament for celebration of May 1 as Labor Holiday and non-working day and proposed to discuss it. He said he prepared the document about the Karabakh processes too and demanded to spread the copies of draft law among the members of the parliament and to discuss it. Panah Huseyn also protested against the closing of Martyrs Mosque.

Ogtay Asadov told Panah Huseyn that “your power cancelled May 1 holiday”.

The speaker also reacted to the protest regarding the mosque. “Don’t seek sensation. No one can come between Azerbaijani and Turkish peoples”.
