According to him, a special working group was recently established at the U.S. Department of State to coordinate the fight against climate change: "The extremely rising temperatures on our planet, as well as the natural disasters ravaging the southeastern United States, have claimed the lives of hundreds of people and negatively impacted the health of millions of children. On the other hand, the fires in the Amazon forests continue unabated. A few weeks ago, U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris created a special working group to coordinate efforts in the fight against climate change. This team engages in ongoing discussions with partner countries on combating climate change and building a sustainable economic system. This is part of our mission for the future. I believe that every step taken to draw attention to the issue of climate change is extremely important, and every COP event holds critical significance. We are here to discuss with country leaders and governments how to save millions of lives."
