US and European stocks slump

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. On December 11, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.8 per cent to 15,844 points. The broad-based S&P 500 dropped 1.1 per cent to 1,782, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index slumped 1.4 per cent to 4,004.

London's benchmark FTSE 100 index slid 0.24 per cent to 6,507.72 points on Wednesday, while Frankfurt's DAX 30 fell 0.41 per cent to 9,077.11 points and the CAC 40 in Paris slipped 0.10 per cent to 4,086.86 points.
