We want to continue our good neighborly relations with Iran, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this at a briefing for local and international media representatives, APA reports.
The minister said that Türkiye wants Iran to support them in the fight against the PKK: "We have said this to Iran many times. It is no secret that we, as Türkiye, demand not only from Iran but also from the United States, regardless who they are, not to support any group that is hostile to us. We do not support any force that is engaged in armed fight, and they should not support any armed group that is hostile to us. I believe that they will pursue a different policy in the new era."
