The ceasefire reached demonstrates Iran's readiness to resolve conflicts through diplomatic means, said Islamic Republic President Masoud Pezeshkian, APA reports.
"Iran's acceptance of the ceasefire is a clear sign of responsibility and Iran's serious willingness to resolve conflicts through diplomatic means," the head of state said during a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Pezeschkian also criticized the EU for the "lack of a clear and decisive position" of the community's countries in condemning the actions of the US and Israel and their attack on Iran.
