Iranian airlines will carry out round trip flights to Hajj pilgrimage beginning this year, said of Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Ali Reza Rashidian, APA’s Tehran Bureau reports.
According to him, flights to Saudi Arabia will begin on July 8 and backwards on August 18.
A.Rashidian stated that a range of positive agreements reached with Saudi Arabia this year: “Opening of office of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Saudi Arabia, arrangement of prayer and ceremonies, accommodation of pilgrims, provision of food and other services, increase of pilgrim numbers from 81 thousand to 84 thousand are among the discussed agreements. As the flights are will be carried out by local airlines companies, discounts in ticket prices are expected”.
