Iran’s oil exports continue as usual, the spokesperson of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Ebrahim Rezaei, told local media, APA reports.
“Oil exports continue as usual, and I would even say at a higher capacity than before,” Rezaei said.
Note that most of Iran’s oil exports are carried out via Kharg Island.
U.S. President Donald Trump has threatened to strike Kharg Island if the Strait of Hormuz is not opened and Iran does not reach an agreement.
