At the end of the day, the decisions about how to use equipment that we're providing Ukraine, and where to use it, are decisions for Kyiv to make, US State Secretary Antony Blinken said during his speech at Rice University Event, APA reports.
"They're the ones who have to decide how best to defend their country, how best to get back the land that's been seized from them by Russia. We leave it to them.
Our position has been not to encourage or enable strikes outside of Ukraine, but fundamentally these are Ukraine's decisions to make," he added.
