World premiere of Cradle to Cosmos exhibition by United States Space & Rocket Center held in Baku

Baku. Javid Zeynalov - APA. The world premiere of the Cradle to Cosmos exhibition by the United States Space & Rocket Center was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center, APA reports. More than 100 unique exhibits presented delve into the history of human endavor in space. These include the spatial stations, original particles delivered from cosmic space and other planets, pieces and models of satellites, aeronaut suits and accessories, particles of meteorites, etc. Particle from 4 billion year-old rock, meteorites, particles from other planets, Mir space station, Apollo-Soyuz spacecraft caused great interest of the participants.

CEO of the United States Space & Rocket Center Deborah Barnhart said they are pleased that the exhibition is held at the Heydar Aliyev Center.

“It is an honor for us that the exhibition is being held at the Heydar Aliyev Center. There are all conditions here. The exhibits are unique,” she said.

Deborah Barnhart added that Azerbaijan will be one of the partners of the United States Space & Rocket Center.

Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center Anar Alakbarov spoke about the importance of holding the exhibition in Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijani, Soviet Union hero Musa Manarov also attended the opening ceremony.
