Testifying as a witness, Khuraman Gasimova said Rashad Mammadov is her sister’s son-in-law. Gasimova noted that she worked as a chief accountant in the complex.

On March 4, 2016, Baku’s Sabail District Court considered the appeal filed by Rashad Mammadov on commuting his pre-trial detention.
