Temperature to rise again in Azerbaijan

Senior hydrologist of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told APA that the south-east wind will prevail in Baku.

Such weather condition will continue till the end of this week.

The weather is expected to be changeable cloudy and mainly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula on August 26. It will be a bit foggy in some places of the peninsula at night and in the morning. The south-east wind will blow in the daytime.

The temperature will be 23…27° C at night, 33…38° C in the daytime.

Tomorrow, the weather is expected to be mainly rainless in most regions of Azerbaijan. The temperature will be 21…26° C at night, 35…40° C in the daytime, in mountains – 14…19° C at night, 25…30° C in the daytime.

According to medical-meteorological forecast, till August 30 in Absheron peninsula higher temperature discomfort, weak winds and sometimes stagnant weather condition and moisture can be unfavorable for weather-sensitive people. It is not recommended to stay in an open air for a long time at noon.
