Azerbaijani State Flag Square Complex Department liquidated

According to the decree, the Seaside Boulevard Department under the Cabinet of Ministers is due to carry out state control over the implementation of measures on the state, activity, future development and protection of the State Flag Complex in Baku, and ensure the activity of the Complex and organization of the forecasting and planning work in regard to the Complex and future development of the Complex. The duties and rights, as well as state property of the State Flag Square Complex Department under the Cabinet of Ministers are transferred to the Seaside Boulevard Department under the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to develop new draft regulations on the Seaside Boulevard Department, proposals on the structure and number of employees within a month, to determine and reconfirm territorial boundaries of the Baku Boulevard and prepare the list of all buildings, structures, common facilities within a month, as well as to ensure the transfer of state property of the State Flag Square Complex Department to the Seaside Boulevard Department within a month.
