Realmadrid Foundation opens social football school in Baku - <span style="color: red;">PHOTOSESSION

Baku. Konul Kamilgizi – APA. The opening ceremony of the “Vatan” social football school has today been held within the joint social program “Protecting children's health: children's attraction to the sports, and their integration to the society” of the Realmadrid Foundation and Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan.

The ministry’s press service told APA that the ceremony was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov, Realmadrid Foundation Vice President and club Board Secretary Enrique Sanchez, head of International Projects and Corporations of the Realmadrid Foundation Rosa Roncal Gimenez, Head of Binagadi District Executive Authorities Khaladdin Isgandarov and AFFA Secretary General Elkhan Mammadov and other officials.

Up to now, the Realmadrid Foundation has opened more than 200 social sports schools in 65 countries. The “Vatan” social football school will function at the new base of the “Vatan” Republican Specialized Children and Youth Football School of the Olympic Reserve.

In 2013-2014 academic year, the “Vatan” social football school plans to admit 100 people (50 girls, 50 boys). At present, 70 young people, including 50 boys and 20 girls are regularly taking trainings in the school.
