According to the decree, the monthly amount of the pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for persons disabled in the 20 January events of 1990 will be increased by 10% on February 1, 2016.
The 1st-3rd items of the 1st part of Decree 370 dated 19 Jan. 2011 signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on instituting the pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for persons disabled in the 20 January events of 1990 are presented in the following edition:
1.1. Disabled of Group 1 — AZN 165
1.2. Disabled of Group 2 — AZN 143
1.3. Disabled of Group 3 — AZN 110
The Cabinet of Ministers is due to solve issues pertaining to the decree.
