He said that the increase of wages is mainly related with headmasters: “They are paid as teachers, but they have great responsibility. A headmaster of 2000-pupil school receives the same salary as a headmaster of the school with fewer pupils. This is wrong. It seems that there is a problem with our payment system. We do not want to further complicate a system with certain shortcomings. The Ministry is working with relevant agencies in this direction. We believe that we will achieve success in this field in the future. If we want to achieve some innovations in the current system, we should take into account further issues.”
