The State Social Protection Fund is due to increase and recalculate the amounts of monthly pensions for all kinds of labor pensions in accordance with the 1st part of this decree, including the amendments to the basic part of the labor pensions for the families of Azerbaijan’s national heroes and martyrs, disabled and other persons.
The Cabinet of Ministers is due to solve issues pertaining to the decree.
According to the decree, the 1st part of Presidential Decree 3096 dated 27 Aug. 2013 on increasing the basic part of labor pensions is cancelled.
