With the new duty, the State Border Service will take actions to prevent illegal crossing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, strong, toxic, poisonous, radioactive, explosive substances and devices, military equipment, firearms and ammunition, materials and equipment that can be used to make weapons of mass destruction, nuclear, chemical, and biological and other weapons.
In addition, the Service is now authorized to check cars going in and out of the country at border checkpoints in order to prevent illegal crossing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, strong, toxic, poisonous, radioactive, explosive substances and devices, military equipment, firearms and ammunition, materials and equipment that can be used to make weapons of mass destruction, nuclear, chemical, and biological and other weapons.
