Speaking about the work done, the ministry coordinator for Formula 1, Lieutenant Javanshir Hashimov, said the holding of such a meeting contributes to increasing the theoretical knowledge of employees on the eve of the competition.

Venue operation manager at BCCOC, Laman Hasanova, sporting manager at Baku Grand Prix, Vladislav Voropayev, and coordinator of BCCOC Security Operations, Mastura Adilova, spoke about the importance of interaction between the staff of the Emergency Situations Ministry and BCCOC, stressing the need for rapid reaction to any possible incidents during the competition.
