United States President Donald Trump unveiled in a Truth Social post on Saturday that he will form an "AI Force, much like [he] did Space Force", APA reports.
He said that over the years, his opponents made up various "hoaxes," with the latest one being the "decimation or destruction of AI," underlining that he will not allow this to happen. "It all began with an attack on our Data Centers, until people realized how wealthy and prestigious they were for the Communities in which they were built ... We will not in any way hinder or stifle the Growth of this incredible Industry. Rather, we will cherish it," he insisted.
Trump said that his AI Force will still be helping with catching "BAD" things this technology brings. In addition, he shared that a new "AI czar" will be announced, "in the near future." He called AI the next Industrial Revolution, adding that it will be "even larger and more impactful, possibly as much as 25% of our Country’s GDP."
