Azerbaijan sets fines for engaging in prohibited activities in tourism and recreation zones, this is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was put to discussion at today's session of the Milli Majlis, APA reports.
According to the draft, individuals engaging in activities prohibited by the "Law on Tourism" in tourism and recreation zones will be fined between 400 and 600 AZN. Officials will face fines ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 AZN, and legal entities will be fined between 3,000 and 4,000 AZN.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
