The authorized body of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been designated for the Interstate Council on Legal Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property of the Commonwealth of Independent States, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.
According to the Order, the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been designated as the authorized body of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Interstate Council on Legal Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notice to the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States stating that the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been designated as the authorized body of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Interstate Council on Legal Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property.
