The four people who sustained injuries in a blast in Moscow are considered to be in serious condition, an official at the city’s Health Department informed TASS, APA reports.
"According to preliminary reports, the incident left four people injured; their condition is critical. They have been taken to multidisciplinary hospitals where they are undergoing a series of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, receiving the necessary medical attention," the official said.
An explosion occurred in the lobby of the Alye Parusa (or Scarlet Sails) high-rise residential complex in northwestern Moscow on Monday morning. The incident resulted in one fatality. A criminal investigation has been launched into the blast. Investigators and forensic experts from the Moscow Investigative Committee are inspecting the scene alongside emergency response teams.
