He noted that bad attendance was not always connected with principals: “Of course, sometimes the principals are also guilty in this situation. But, there is such an opinion in the Azerbaijani society that all school-leavers must enter the high schools. That’s why, they prefer to get tutors. In many cases, the officials put pressures upon the principals. Some principals endure these pressures, some do not endure and join those men.
