He said the commission carries out evaluation on foreign languages together with a number of international organizations. There is an opportunity to evaluate the materials in Russian and English with the help of international experts.
“Talks are being held on this. Information and communication technologies will be possibly enable it. The process planned for this year is connected with the evaluation of Russian and English,” he said.
Natig Aliyev also commented on the application of e-signature in the master’s degree exams. He said software has been developed for those applying with e-signature.
“But issuance of e-signatures is not in the competence of SSAC, we can not say anything in this regard,” he said.
