Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. Azerbaijani State Commission on Prisoners of War (POW), Hostages and Missing Citizens has accused the relevant structures of Armenia of violating the coordinated procedure while handing over hostage Teymur Aliyev.
APA reports quoting the official website of the Commission that no incident occurred during the hand-over process of Telman Aliyev taken hostage by Armenian servicemen on November 12, but issuing a statement on it, Armenia violated the procedure, allowed journalists to participle in process and came to the meeting point with armed servicemen: “The State Commission dropped a remark on it and through the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) the remark was brought to the attention of the Armenian State Commission’s representatives participating in the process. ICRC attempted to make the State Commission of Armenia refrain from this step, but failed to achieve it.”
