The memory of those who died in the plane crash yesterday was commemorated with a moment of silence in the city of Khankandi, APA's Garabagh bureau reports.
A moment of silence was declared in Khankandi at 12:00, as in all parts of Azerbaijan.

Recall that today is a day of mourning in Azerbaijan. By an Order signed by President Ilham Aliyev, a national day of mourning was declared on December 26 in connection with the loss of many lives in the crash of the Embraer 190 passenger plane operating the Baku-Grozny route on December 25.
On December 25, an Embraer 190 aircraft operated by Azerbaijan Airlines, flight J2-8243 on the Baku-Grozny route, diverted towards the city of Aktau due to the necessity of an emergency landing and crashed near Aktau. The plane carried 67 people, including 5 crew members and 62 passengers. As a result of the crash, 38 people lost their lives, while 29 survived.
The causes of the crash are under investigation.
