A group of psychologists has been formed to support the families of those affected by the crash of the passenger plane on the Baku-Grozny route, the Ministry of Health told APA.
The group members are working at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, while several team members have been sent to Aktau.
"Additionally, an emergency medical team, coordinated by the Ministry of Health and TABİB, has been put on standby at the airport. A support group consisting of volunteers from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s ‘Regional Development’ Public Union has also been formed.
The State Commission, established by the relevant Order of the President of Azerbaijan, is investigating the condition of those injured in the crash of the Baku-Grozny flight in Aktau, Kazakhstan, and the possibility of bringing them back to Azerbaijan. Further information will be provided to the public," the statement said.
