The date of the first solar eclipse of the year has been announced, said the Department of Astrophysics at the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University (BSU), APA reports.
The eclipse will begin on March 29 at 12:50:35 and will end at 16:43:25.
The eclipse will last for 3 hours, 52 minutes, and 50 seconds. The maximum of the event will occur at 14:48:36. The partial eclipse will be visible in northern Russia, Europe, North-West Africa, and the Atlantic Ocean.
The event will not be observable in Azerbaijan.
